Boston Pizza

Absolutely wonderful service, Bryson the manager, Matthew the front desk and Kim the bartender absolutely fantastic individuals. I ordered something I thought would be impossible to get for my pregnant wife ( I have never denied her any of her cravings be at for dinner or at 4am in the morning). She had a craving for a certain dish which wasn't an option to get anymore and somehow Bryson and Matthew made it happen for me. I called 5 different Boston pizzas who denied me and said "no,sorry." But Bryson made it happen somehow. My wife is ecstatic and I held up my end of the deal for her pregnancy because of them. Thank you Bryson, Mathew , Kim and the entire chef team. We will be back!!!!!!!!!

It was great. Place was clean and had all the COVID-19 restrictions in place and organized and greeted perfectly.

Picked up a family meal to split as my daughter loves BP and it was her birthday choice. The value for money was amazing. We loved it. Great pizza and great salad.

In an attempt to make my nephews birthday special during the pandemic, I ordered for delivery his favourite Boston Pizza meal. I left notes to indicate it was his birthday so “please make with extra love” and upon receiving our order was pleasantly surprised when I saw a personal note from the GM typed up on Boston Pizza letterhead wishing my nephew a happy birthday. They also included some extra dessert and coupons along with our order! Not only was the food delicious as expected but the extra touch made by the GM and his team went a long way in making my nephews birthday a special one. Boston Pizza Whitby North has never disappointed me and this is yet another example.
