We bought our Sundance spa 12 years ago from this fantastic company. We love dealing with them. We have always experienced the best customer service. We would highly recommend them for sales and service.

We bought a new barbeque a couple weeks ago from here. We had been to the big box stores and couldn't get anyone to help us and my husband stopped in here the following day. He was greeted by Kyle and told him what we were looking for. Kyle made a couple of suggestions and explained the differences in the two my husband picked out. After I arrived home from work we went over to the store and although Kyle was with a customer he looked up and welcomed my husband back by name! We decided on the one we wanted and ordered it. They build it, deliver it and took our old one!
A week later, a wind storm blew it off our deck while we were not home and it ended up upside down. Two neighbours kindly picked it up and put it back on the deck. We called and asked if someone could come have a look at it as we had not used it yet! On Monday, they sent someone who checked it all over, put everything back in place and hooked our gas line back up to it. We like to support local businesses whenever possible and this is exactly why! Cannot thank Kyle and the staff enough. Highly recommend them! They also have beautiful outdoor furniture, awnings, pool tables.

We purchased a Beachcomber hot tub last spring and took delivery of the hot tub in July 2018. We love the tub and found the purchase from Canadian Home Leisure to be a wonderful experience. Kyle did not rush us and answered all of our questions. We came back on a couple of occasions to sit in the tub and ask more questions.
We were never rushed or pressured and the tub was in and delivered within the time frame stated. As a new hot tub owner I had a million questions about the water and chemicals and Kyle was always very helpful in answering them and pointing me in the right direction.
We started having water problems in December and Corey was right on top in sorting out the issue with the tub. Their service was excellent and the problem fixed. We now have crystal clear water again.
We are extremely happy with our purchase and the service we received from both Kyle and Corey. If any of our friends or colleagues are interested in a hot tub, we will not hesitate to recommend Canadian Home Leisure and a Beachcomber hot tub.
