My girlfriend and I recently purchased our first home. We hired the Ferris Brothers and they far exceeded our expectations. They are very knowledgeable, patient and honest. I highly recommend the Ferris Brothers if you are buying or selling a home. You won't be disappointed!

Andre and Jason are top class! Buying and selling your house is one of the most stressful and largest investments one can make and the Ferris Brothers made the transaction/transition to our new home as easy as it could be. Supremely knowledgeable of the local areas, not only did they get us over asking, but under asking for our purchase. Best decision you will ever make is to use these professionals.

Both andre and Jason helped us find our first home and have nothing but positive things to say about both of them. We will be doing buissness again in the future!

Me and my wife were looking to purchase our first home and had heard various stories from other first time buyers about how stressful the whole process can be. We are both working during the week and sometimes the weekend so we did not always have the time to go look at houses and we were worried that we would waste a lot of time on seeing houses that we would have no interest in but luckily, we were proven wrong by Jason Ferris of the Ferris Brothers.

Right from the start Jason was very understanding and helpful, he would never waste our time by showing us houses that we were not interested in and after just a few meetings he knew exactly what me and my wife were looking for. He was always available to answer our questions and was always willing to travel to show us houses regardless of distance. He was always willing to travel anywhere in Durham region as well as Lindsay and Peterborough, multiple times. His effort from day one was incredible and he was always honest with us regarding issues with houses and the bidding process.

I have written a more detailed review about Jason on their website if anyone is interested but the most important thing I want to say to anyone considering the Ferris Brothers is that you will NOT REGRET your decision. If you are a first time buyer and feel nervous about the whole process, the Ferris Brothers will make you feel at ease and help you every step of the way. Their response time, professionalism, organization and teamwork is the best I have ever seen
