A trusted friend and mortgage broker had referred my partner and I to Sarah in September 2018. A young couple, we were looking to move out of our Toronto condo and into the 'burbs in the Durham Region. I am originally from the Maritimes, and my spouse was born and raised in Toronto. We knew next to nothing about our desired new home location. My partner and I had different expectations for a home, I was a bit more lax, while my partner was not. She was able to respectfully help us compromise and focus on our common grounds, and with patience and some luck, we found our home, and feel we also paid a fair price for it. Also, Sarah helped us list and rent our condo, and we were able to secure all conditions for financing with great timing. Sarah also has developed partnerships with inspectors, contractors, and brokers; all were able to provide excellent service in a timely manner so we could get the deal done. I work in the financial services/sales industry, so when I say that Sarah is a true professional, I mean it. Highly recommend.
