We recently were drawn to Owasco Volkswagen previously owned vehicles because of a web search for a particular car we were shopping for. This Centre had what we were looking for and for a better price than we thought we could find. We called ahead and spoke to the manager Eric. He assured us that he would assist us in making the trip worth our while. We made an appointment and even though Whitby is 90-120 minutes away we made the trip. Our salesman was Raffaele Bruno. He showcased the vehicle and came out on the test drive all the while explaining as many of the features and functions as we needed to know. Very knowledgeable. After some discussion with Raffaele and Eric we came up with a price that was satisfactory and we made the purchase. The surroundings are beautiful and comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and approachable. We give this dealership a 5 star rating.
