I recently furnished a few rooms in my house with furniture from Whitby furniture outlet.. I have to say I am in love with my new couch it is so comfortable and the ottoman seemed to be sinking in the middle so I told Sonny and he had his guys come back to my home and pick it up from me they returned it approximately two weeks later it was better than I could have ever expected it looks amazing and is so sturdy they really reinforced it nicely! The point of telling you this is that he will go over above and beyond to make his customers happy! Not only did he do that but he also did many other things to keep me a happy customer after purchasing a king size bedroom set I realized that the whole set would not fit in my bedroom and I no longer wanted one of the dressers he actually did allow me to return the dresser and in return he gave me back two beautiful end tables in a beautiful coffee table for my sitting room... He beat the price of the competitor who I originally was going to go to as well.. his guys who came to my home to set everything up for me were wonderful! They even moved furniture in my house that was not from the store to accommodate the new furniture that was coming in... I don't know what else I could say but it was definitely the best experience I've ever had with any furniture company! I will definitely be a returning customer and I would recommend them to anybody who is looking for good quality furniture, trustworthy staff and amazing deals! ????

They offer excellent pricing and the quality of the furniture and mattresses that we have bought from them over the years have always lasted.
