The Canadian Millwork team has been outstanding from the time we met them more than 3 years ago when we decided to build our dream Pioneer log home on the shore of Georgian Bay. Scott and his team have been very attentive to detail and have been very professional throughout the entire process. When our logs were delivered in the fall of 2017 after narrowly escaping the wild fires in B.C., the team made sure all questions were answered and that unexpected obstacles were resolved quickly and correctly. They worked tiredlessly to ensure our home was assembled and weathered in before the winter. We have been very pleased with the level of craftsmanship they provide. We called on the team again when it came time to build a garage and we experienced the same high level of service, friendliness and professionalism. Canadian Millwork is built on quality service. Having a team of skilled people working together in a family environment is very comforting. They are well-mannered, presentable and the work area was well managed. Any concerns or changes were discussed, the pros and cons were reviewed to make sure it would meet our satisfaction. Weekly site meetings of the progress was normal practice. They are a group of skilled individuals that engage with the customer throughout the project to exceed our expectations. Finding a quality contracting company who will give a fair and honest quote can be next to impossible. But then I got a referral from a couple of loyal friends who had used Canadian Millwork, and have never had to worry again.
Our first Reno was the largest. Full basement. Practical planning allowed for accurate quoting and scheduling. Worth mentioning, work started on time and with zero delays between major stages of the job! Although there were some tweaks to the original design plan along the way, we worked out solutions in order to maintain our budget.
All I can say is WOW! A great team of professionals. Uncompromising quality and attention to every detail. Punctual to a flaw.. And no cut corners (forgive the pun). The best quality custom carpentry and workmanship anyone could hope for.
