“Milad is one of the kindest and most helpful person ever. When I moved into this house on one side it was too small to fit anything and on the other side, I had the AC unit blocking the way I couldn’t move anything to the backyard so Milad came and lifted it up n made access for us to walk comfortably. Another time we had a problems with our heating in winter on the weekend milad came and fixed it after hours. If he didn’t come I would have had to go to a hotel but he drove from Milton all the way to Bradford. Seriously if I ever move or buy a house he’s the first I will call. Anthony re-routed a vent stack (renovation prep work) and was back later to finish installation of sink drain, faucet, and dishwasher. I very much appreciated Anthony's communication - whether by phone/text/email, when he committed to a date/time he was there, and was excellent to re-confirm day before, morning of (with closer arrival time ETA), etc. I also appreciated the cleanup - when they were done and gone you'd never have known they had been there (...heck, they even took all the packaging from faucet, etc., there was nothing at all left for me to clean up!). In short, this is what you'd expect from professionals (...although it's unfortunately hard to come by). Very happy with the work on Anthony and team!”
