(February 26, 2019, 5:55 pm)Have used Jessica since last spring. Have been basically happy with the results . She is accommodating and pleasant.
Sadly we will not be using her any longer ....an email as well as instructions at drop off were " we've kept his hair longer for winter so we don't need to out a coat on him in this weather.". She acknowledged that and even called the cut he would get "a winter teddy bear cut"
Now max has his hair back to summer cut...and cannot be outside in this cold for much longer than 5 minutes.
We can't do anything but wait for his hair to grown back to a warmer length.
Looking for a groomer who will respect our wishes for out pet.
