They definitely understand what I was feeling and going through at this location. Brittany was very calming as she arranged for my rental to be picked up in Waterloo and did her best to get me a great rate for the 3 weeks I needed the car. The experience picking up the car in Waterloo was hassle free and very friendly. The car was immaculate, clean and ready when I arrived. Both locations took a very stressful situation and made it smooth and left me with peace of mind. I would recommend these locations and Enterprise for their amazing customer service.
