Avis Car Rental

Great avis location. I live in Hamilton but prefer to rent here.

Extremely helpful staff and great customer service. He was a lifesaver!

Traffic was really heavy on the QEW and I wasn’t going to make it to the other AVIS location where I was supposed to pickup my car before they closed. I called that other location to ask if there was anything they could do. They told me they can’t do anything with the reservation because I prepaid online. They told me to call the 1-888 customer service line instead. I did and again was told that my reservation cannot be modified. They couldn’t change to a different car or move the reservation to any of the 3/4 other nearby locations...

Hoping for a miracle, I came to this location instead because it was closer and closed later. The staff was extremely helpful and was immediately able to switch my reservation over to this location. I picked up my car and left in a few minutes. Can’t believe how great the customer service was here compared to the other location.

Very friendly owner/manager. Recommended for your transportation needs.
