The owner of this place is a die-hard runner. He really knows his stuff. If you want any kind of running equipment or advice on the sport, he is a great guy. He always spends extra time helping me with my purchase or with training tips.

Just bought a new road bike from New World. Being away from riding for many years, I was a somewhat ignorant customer that needed some time and information before making my purchase. Darren, Jeff and Victor could not have been more helpful and informative in helping me make a smart and informed decision in a bike that fit my needs and budget, even steering me away from higher priced models that offered less than the model I chose! That type of help is worth every $$ spent!

Once I made my decision, they were very diligent in keeping me in the loop with when it would be ready and working with my crazy schedule to get my in to adjust the bike to my personal requirements. I couldn't be happier with my experience there. They answered every question with patience and lots of knowledge. They went out of their way to ensure I was pleased, happy and comfortable. I was even encouraged to check out other shops, if I felt the need to. I found a lot of value in my comfort level and immediate trust of the staff! I won't go anywhere else now!
