I worked with The Listing House during October of 2015 as we were trying to find a house in the Burlington/Waterdown area. We met our agent Taylor at an open house not far from our last place. Not only did we get the house for far off the asking price thanks to their negotiation, they also gave us a $1500 cash back on closing in the form of a cheque for being a new client. Will use again!
First off, thanks to my agent Taylor for helping me as I was a first time home buyer. He explained everything in detail and was always there for me when I had questions. I found The Listing House from my endless search online and used a couple of their tools on the website including the property search and featured listings. I ended up finding something the same day I signed up ironically enough and booked a showing to see one that I fell in love with. I just moved in a couple weeks ago and want to thank the brokerage for the $1500 cash back deal which was promoted through the website. It is always nice to get something back.

My boyfriend and I recently bought our first house together! We had a unique experience in that we had to sell my boyfriend's house after we already put our offer in on our house. Not only did The Listing House get his house sold way quicker than expected but we got the amount needed in order for the transactions to run smoothly! The process went seamlessly!
