First, let me tell you that we went to a few dealerships looking at multiple vehicles and were constantly pressured into something. We came to look at one vehicle, they tried pushing another on us at Terrace Ford for example. When I showed my wife this little bug she fell in love. Called Elite to book a test drive the next day and spoke with Gino. When we pulled in, he came out and greeted us with a smile. Took a copy of my wife's license and handed her the keys. No pressure. Nothing at all. We came back after a good drive and, worked out a deal. Big kudos to Gino, I highly recommend you give him a call for a good quality vehicle at a reasonable price. He won't pressure you into anything. Very personable and not your typical salesman that's just worried about pushing that sale down your throat at all cost.”

“Had a great experience having to replace several windows in our home where after 14 years the seal failed. Only the windows facing direct sunlight on the south side. Every other window in our home was fine. The two workmen who attended Johnathon and Evan were vert polite and professional and showed a real concern regarding their workmanship and cleaning up afterwards. Considering that Pollard only required me to pay for only the labour in the installing of the new windows after 14 years I would highly recommend them them for being reputable and certainly backing up their products.
