Been a member for a few months, everyone is friendly and the gym is reasonably clean. Equipment is a bit dated though but anything that breaks seems to get fixed fairly fast.

Clean and quiet location. Friendly staff. Keep it that way, follow the rules. Enjoy!

Work out anytime! Friendly people working: not like the salespeople at some of the bigger gyms that want to sell you. Wish it was a tad bit bigger as can be too close proximity to others doing cardio but def the place in town I'd recommend to workout for good value.

I've been going to this gym for over a year and I really like having a gym I can go to 24/7. There's limited space and therefore limited machine's but if you avoid rush times there's a high chance you'll have the gym to yourself or close to that. They have classes plus tanning so they have extras. Prices are about average. Key fobs are nice and don't break easily so that's a bonus. Overall I like this gym and the staff is always nice.
