I love BAAC....excellent classes...
Getting instructed by Maz and Coach Ross is just awesome. Fantastic classes make learn to Box so much fun.

Really nice place and have amazing coaches.

All of the coaches are enthusiastic and all of the classes are fun and hard. Maz runs the gym beautifully!

My daughter has been a member at BAAC for almost 4 years. She has been training in the children’s recreational and now youth competitive classes.
This continues to be such a positive experience. There is the obvious reason of great exercise in a clean well maintained facility . We have made new friends. The encouragement and support she gets from the coaches and fellow members, is amazing. The coaches are fabulous and genuinely care for their students.
The club has such a wonderful sense of community, you really feel as part of a family.

I trained at the Bay Area Athletic Club for three years and it was a huge part of some of the greatest years of my life. It provided an outlet for stress, a great community, opportunity for travel and improvement in various aspects of my life, and was like a second family. It is far more than a gym but a fabulous support group, a place where you are surrounded by warm heart and bug smiles. It is a gym where you can develop more physically, improve your health and improve your quality of life. It is an exceptional gym with amazing coaches, students and the opportunity to be a part of great team.
