We were well received in store staff Jell however the our Sleipnir Company thought the Bell service should be immediately service on the changes with our personal cell #'s.

My wife and I needed new cell phones as well as plans. I had visited the store earlier in the week and asked a ton of questions to sales person Ali. As part of my due diligence I also checked out other providers. In the end it really came down to the big three service providers.
What truly made the difference was the service we received at this Bell mobility location. My wife and I had a couple follow up questions on Sunday and we arrived at 3:45 pm and the store closed at 4 pm. I told Ali that we could come back the following day to do the paperwork. Ali without hesitation offered to do the paperwork right then.
Ali took the time to explain all of the different plans and asked us specific questions to make sure that we were getting the appropriate plans and cell devices. He was very patient and even apologized about keeping us past 4 pm even though it was us that kept him late.
At about 5 pm we were done. Ali told us that he would come in early on Monday morning to transfer the data from our old phones to our new ones so all we had to do is come in and pick up our phones.
Probably the best service I have received in a long time !! Would definitely recommend this location and if you are fortunate Ali as your sales person.

Bell Appleby location stands alone with Jeff at its helm. Unbelievable service and he and co-worker went beyond for me.
