The staff member was extremely knowledgable about the products, almost like he had memorized every label! :) The great thing about Popeye's is that they have a huge selection and you can sample before you buy, so you're not stuck with a horrible tasting product which you feel obliged to finish not to waste your money. After sampling and making my selection, the staff even suggested that I purchase the smaller size just in case over time I no longer liked the flavor and in the future I could purchase the larger size. No sales pressure here! (Much appreciated) ...and as an added bonus there's an in-store points system awarding you cash towards future purchases without having to carry an annoying points card.

I stopped by to pick up some supplements to keep me going while I'm in North Carolina to help out with hurricane relief efforts. Shannon was working at the time. She was very knowledgeable and offered input on several different products that would help keep me going through the long days and nights, with limited food or water. I felt that all of my needs were met, and Shannon went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. I left as a happy customer, and with a bit more knowledge. What could be better than that? A free hat and shaker bottle to top it all off.
