Burlington Walk-In Clinic

Have always had good experiences here, visited a few times over the last few years. Apparently a lot of people dont understand what "must be registered by..." means, as a lot of these reviews seem to be primarily people who think they can show up 5 minutes before close and be seen by a doctor. The clinic might be open until X time, but you have to be checked in by Y. Pretty simple. Walk in clinics aren't for emergencies, either. Dont blame the clinic for not seeing you during an "emergency". Go to emergency.

Doctors have always been kind and respectful, as well as the clinic having an overall understanding of discretion and client privacy. The most recent visit I had, the receptionist was incredibly pleasant and joked around with me. Considering I wasn't looking or feeling too great, it was nice to have an interaction with someone who wasn't treating me like a carrier of the black plague.

Overall I'm as comfortable here as I am at my family doctor, and I visit them about equally depending on if time is a factor. It's a good location, too, as I can swing by Fortino's for soup.

Honestly, it's a mixed bag here. Sometimes I've had great doctors, other times not so much.

Dr Tom Durcan is the best doctor.I have ever had..Thank God he is still practicing there during his retirement! :) We need.more old.school doctors like this..

I just had a spir of the moment visit to this location due to a terrible swelling in my glands that was causing concern. The doctor saw me almost immediately(yes I understand that may be due to my timing). The doctor was very easy to talk to and made relaying my concerns a very nice and efficient process, providing me with piece of mind and good direction. I would highly recommend anyone that has any concerns visit this clinic. Thanks again!

Arguably the best doctor I've seen in a long time. Just as good as my family doctor. Thorough and very kind.
