Catlin Inc. oversaw the renovation of our entire main floor (removal of walls, new kitchen, new fireplace, doors, windows, flooring, painting), a new staircase, new en suite bathroom, a new powder room in our basement, and the move of our laundry room from the main floor to the basement.

Jay Catlin and his team were very reliable and professional through the entire process. We received regular communication on the progress and were asked for our input on preferences wherever possible, which we really appreciated.

No renovation comes without surprises. If he was presented with anything unexpected, Jay brought it to our attention immediately and provided options as to how to move forward.

We can't say enough good things about our experience, and would highly recommend to anyone looking at doing a large scale renovation.
