I saw through my agent that Dawn Victoria had a new development being built in Waterdown and jumped on it! So far, the process has been smooth and professional. The lady I spoke to at Dawn Victoria about upgrades and features was polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend this builder to anyone for their care and attention to detail!
(November 2, 2018, 8:38 pm)I purchased a townhome from Dawn Victoria Homes and could not be happier. The whole buying process was very easy from start to finish. The agents were very helpful and answered all my questions. I was really impressed with the selection at the Design Centre and was able to get what I wanted. The guys on site were great too and addressed any issue that I had. I would definitely purchase from this builder again.
