Had to do a structural fix to a carport on a house I was selling and John was the only contractor to get back to me in a way that made me want to do business with him. He was a pro from start to finish. Answered email questions almost as soon as I asked them, and was available throughout the job. The quote was solid. The result looks great. Recommened all the way.

As life recently slowed down, we quickly realized what makes a happy home. During times like these I am so thankful for a wonderful contractor who finished our basement where we can go to enjoy movie nights, play and just some time to relax. When we decided to sell our home and still had a long list of renovations to complete our Realtor recommended John. Very glad he did.

The list of renos included finishing the rec room, installing kitchen back splash, casing and trimming the entire house, painting, and finishing the entryway. All the work was done with great quality and on time.

We were able to list our house and had an offer in 3 days thanks to how good it looked. Just as impressive as the work was, his communication was second to none. He always replied in a timely manner and let us know what the schedule was.

John was in our home for six months in 2018 for a renovation/upgrade. He is completely trustworthy and a contractor of his word.

Our project was extensive. It involved a full gut and upgrade of the main floor, as well as two full bathrooms on the upper level. The reno/upgrade included:
-relocating the kitchen and installling a new one with full customization
- removing two load-bearing walls to create an open concept main floor
- installing a large curbless walk-in shower in the master ensuite
- mounting wall-hung vanities in all bathrooms

When issues arose with a design concept (because with a project of this magnitude you could expect at least two), John presented viable options/solutions, and when no solution was possible, he was very upfront. This just goes to show that he values honesty. He is also very reliable, dependable and organized. He adhered to the set schedule, and would not leave the site until the task at hand was completed. John approached the renovation of our home as if it was his home, if not better. Thank you John and thank you to your team too.

John and his team of professionals have recently completed our basement apartment. We couldn't be more happy with the work that they completed, from start to finish communication was at the top of the agenda.
