(November 10, 2018, 1:55 pm)An excellent yoga and fitness studio. Within classes the instructor tailors exercises to your needs. My passion is triathlons so he is able to work on areas to allow for necessary strengthening, improvements and recovery. Always leave with a smile on my face and an energized feeling. A fitness and yoga studio for anybody in the community!
(January 21, 2018, 10:40 pm)I have known Marek for over 7 years now and he is the best yoga and fitness instructor ever! He is able to adapt his classes for various fitness levels and he is so funny and energetic that guaranteed you will leave his class with a smile on your face. He knows all his clients by name and will drop you an email if you haven't been in awhile to make sure you are ok.
