I'm in Burlington for business and on my way down from Ottawa, I noticed that my SUV was a bit sluggish and acting up on the highway. A colleague of mine recommended Future Trends and they were absolutely amazing. They got me in the same day, did a diagnostic on my SUV and when they suspected it could be a transmission issue, they collaborated with a local transmission repair shop to see if the issue was the transmission. Future Trends identified the problem, which turned out to be the fact that I was constantly driving my SUV in 4-wheel drive. The guys were courteous and informative. An absolutely amazing experience, that provided me with piece of mind. They are honest and take pride in their work! Thank you so much!

Honest, friendly, hard-working staff. These guys obviously take pride in their work, and their prices are great. Fixed my rear suspension and now my car is level and takes Hamilton potholes really well.
