Deby and George are just amazing, and I'm not saying it lightly.
From the first contact to the Sale document signatures (six days later) they remained in very close contact with us, providing their support and a great deal of assistance.
Deby is 'do-it-all'. And she's great with that. We were quite resistant to the professional staging of our house, but she convinced us. Her energy and gentle nudges steered us to our goal, despite our initial hesitation and resistance; being a little anxious about the process. They brought in their top-notch staging specialist to create a VISION of our house.  They moved all of our furniture that didn't fit into the design and placed it in storage. The team also brought in a professional painter to take care of some “minor hiccups” we’d been putting off for years and to re-paint a stairwell.
The result of these efforts was selling our home for a great deal of money over what we had initially expected. All of this service was at their expense, by the way.
George is a master of the DEAL. From the moment you meet him, you trust the gentleman. He doesn't care about “comparable” properties sold yesterday or three months ago. He knows the market and he knows the minimum price that you'd get for your home today, and due to his skills, the sky is the limit, really…
He doesn't bother you with back-and-forth multiple offers. He worked hard to secure us the best possible offers which he then presented in person.  And it was a good thing we were sitting, as we were stunned by the offers and a final sale price well above what we expected and NO conditions attached. In our case, it came in just six short days since we'd hired them.
And for the signing, you don't want to do that online through DocuSign (although you certainly can), you want them in your house for a great presentation, which is quite a show. You won't regret it!
Their work at promoting the property is outstanding. Their professional photographers create amazing 3D virtual tours, photographs, and laser-measured floor plans of each floor of your home for stunning printed brochures and online presentations. They also post your listing to multiple Real Estate boards (for the target audience), to online websites and on social media.
The communication throughout the process is top-notch, including MLS browsing analytics of your listing, they really dedicate their time to your property. And their commission is capped at a negotiated rate, all the needed work included!
This team does earn their due, big time. Everything that they think has to be fixed/redone/painted/moved/stored, etc., is their responsibility. There is no pressure on you and no upfront costs before the sale. There's no worry about being stuck in a long time locked-in contract if things aren’t working out. They assured us from the beginning, that our satisfaction and success was their priority and if for any reason, we were not pleased along the way, we could simply end our contract. We could not possibly have been more pleased with this team, their professionalism and the end result.
This is a true gem of a winner team here in Burlington!
