We can't say enough good things about Nicholas and Jonathan. From researching the best listing price for our home located on Georgian Bay to the staging and ultimately selling within days, they were professionals right from the start. I think the ultimate compliment is from the purchaser who commented 'Where did you find these people? They sold the house with a video tour!' The purchasers never saw the house in person prior to submitting an offer over the listing price. They based their decision on the guided video tour. Unbelievable!
