The people at Jans were very friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Jans if you are looking for an awning.
(June 25, 2021, 2:19 pm)We had roll shutters installed at our cottage on Lake Erie. From start to finish, Jans Awnings is a company that we would highly recommend. Every exchange with the office was very pleasant and we found the staff to be very knowledgeable. Anson did our installation, which required a lot of extra work due to the placement of our windows. He was professional, polite and had impeccable attention to detail when installing our shutters. He left the site as if no one was ever there and we are so pleased with the look and the shutter quality is amazing. From start to finish, this is a company that we would highly recommend! My reason for wanting an awning over my front step was so that I could sit comfortably and watch the world go by...so nice to see so many neighbours out walking their dogs and stopping to chat. The installers were polite and efficient. They explained how to operate and clean our awning and patiently answered all our questions. My experience at the store was pleasant and productive.
