The ‘fish fragrant shredded pork’ was super authentic. ‘Popcorn chicken with fried chilies’ was also super delicious.

Definitely will be ordering again.

We ordered food for Chinese New Year and it was the best I've ever had in Burlington, and I've tried almost all of them over the years. The vegetables were fresh, the tofu dish was delicious and not overly spicy, the fired rice excellent and the Shanghai noodles very tasty. The chicken balls were crispy with lots of chicken inside. I've been to China twice and eaten authentic Chinese cuisine, but I'd have to go to Markham for that these day, so when we have a craving for North American Chinese food, we'll be going to Jiayan for sure.

I consider myself a Chinese food fanatic and this was by FAR the best I’ve had in Burlington or Milton. I got the fried rice and sesame chicken and both were legit. I didn’t love the spring roll but that didn’t ruin my experience at all. Everything was fresh and tasty. The people were very helpful and accommodating as well. This is 100% my go to spot from now on. Amazing experience!

By far the best Chinese food I have had in Burlington! This place is really good, only problem is it's kind of hidden. You would never guess with the name daytime grill. For anyone looking for Chinese food in Burlington this is a must try place! General Tso's is perfect! Chicken Fried Rice is done right!
