As you can see from most reviews, the customer service at this location is amazing. I had a great experience with Marcia, who was so eager to help me even though I had no idea what I was looking for! She was extremely knowledgeable and had me try multiple pairs until I finally found one that was super comfortable and was suitable for what I needed it for. She is the reason I ended up finding the perfect winter boots and I couldn’t be happier!

Awesome staff! Very helpful and knowledgeable with their merchandise. She brought out multiple sizes without me asking, to make sure I find my right size. Really appreciate it!

Customer service was great! The ladies were very nice and helpful with finding me my right size in converse and vans
