I had a great experience with Marcia, who was so eager to help me even though I had no idea what I was looking for! She was extremely knowledgeable and had me try multiple pairs until I finally found one that was super comfortable and was suitable for what I needed it for. She is the reason I ended up finding the perfect winter boots and I couldn’t be happier!
