Hard to find employee's less interested in helping you. Been here several times and it really is the only place exclusive for hats which makes going there less of a choice but more necessity when looking for a place with a lot of hat options.
Overall though it's terrible customer service and you can easily browse for 5-10 mins and then walkout without an employee even acknowledging that you are in the store.
