We feel so lucky to have found K1. The coaching is top notch and the gym provides opportunities to those who want to pursue the sport. The gym is very welcoming and makes you feel like family. I can't sing their praises enough. The best gym in Burlington!

I can't speak highly enough about Vic and Lloyd, the coaches here. They lead a great team of active competitors.
