I was not an athlete or super fit before I started so I was feeling nervous but the trainers were so welcoming and accommodating. MAD is one of my very favourite places and I'm so grateful I found them.
(December 28, 2018, 6:32 pm)What’s not to like about MAD?!? It’s amazing interval workouts with focus on movement and technique from amazing coaches! You will take your conditioning to a new level and be sure to have a better understanding of your body and what it’s capable of!! I have been a member for 6 months and my training has gone to a whole new level!
(December 21, 2018, 3:32 pm)If you're looking for a seriously tough workout that's also fun and safe, look no further. Madabolic offers a different, challenging workout every day. They're tough and they can get heavy, but there are no barbells here. There's also no competitive element which, for me, means I'm focusing on form vs. reps. Coaches are attentive, well-trained and in awesome shape. (My new fitness goals is to look like a Madabolic coach.) Great deals for newcomers, so totally worth trying!
(November 13, 2018, 4:45 pm)Great workout. Class based. High energy. Very strong focus on safe movements and a fun environment. Ashley, makes everyone feel like family and there are social events organized with the club. Love it.
(August 24, 2018, 3:16 pm)The thing that keeps me coming back are the trainers.They care about us, know us by name and make class unique for each person. The exercises can be quite challenging for me at times but they have no issue in modifying for my needs. AND they celebrate with me when I graduate to the higher level. I have referred multiple people and everyone feels the same. I love being a MAD one
