Peoples Jewellers

I was helped by Nicole, Amanda, and another lady who were very helpful and accomodating. I never quite received such a warm genuine feeling from a jewellery store before. I felt like my best interest was always number one, and they went above and beyond when they didn't have to.

There was a slight miscommunication with policy, but that is mostly my own doing.

I am forever a customer at People's Burlington because of my experiences with these women.

Have purchased several items here, staff is always friendly and helpful. Recently visited to have a ring serviced and they exceeded my expectations.

Long story short.I purchased two watches last week ,I wasn't sure about one of them and I decided to exchange it.They were really busy but still provided a superior service (I'm thinking of a gentleman that showed me many different watches till I found the one ) and a friendly attitude as well.I would highly recommend People at Burlington Mall!
