Amazing experience with Bozena.

I came in a few days ago with my mom looking for a ring for me for my birthday. She was wonderful and listened to what I like and don’t like in rings and would stay stay within our budget. I found the most beautiful ring that was perfect for me. Thank you Bozena!

The sales representative was very respectful and took the time to listen to my questions (including rhetorical ones) since I am just starting to like the trend of having a necklace on all the time (gym, shower and etc.). She helped me choose the right size (length and thickness) and style for what i wanted (both gold and silver necklaces). To top it off, everything was on sale!

Absolutely the best experience shopping at Griffin Jewelry, Burlington Place. Greeted and assisted by a rare gem of a salesperson, Fanny. I was “browsing” and rather than being hounded and pressured, I was encouraged to simply look, treated with exceptional customer care and thrilled to make a purchase. I ended up buying a second ring the very next day, having been again, encouraged to take my time, sleep on it and leave without feeling pressured to make the buying decision immediately. Ended up getting a ring I already had polished for free.

I highly recommend Griffin Jewelry, top notch sales team that are obviously empowered to let a customer leave to think about it. Rare and thrilling. Great store.
