Very professional and excellent customer service. Emailed Saturday afternoon and got all information required to purchase a massage chair the same afternoon. Jason was extremely helpful, detailed and straightforward with his emails. Ordered the chair Monday and got the chair working in our living room Thursday afternoon! Supposed to order from a big box store who is $1,000 more and 2-3 weeks longer for delivery time. Glad I found this company, can't beat that! Simply amazing!

I just bought a MC-2500 from them. I was shocked that how quickly it was delivered. It was essentially the next day as I place the order one evening and for the chair the next time. I am very impressed and the deliver guys were helpful in bringing in the chair. Definitely 5 star and highly recommend them. Love the chair.

All i can is wow! Exactly customer service and the products are excellent quality. These guys really care about your business and they treat you like a king. Small business that is probably going to explode in the future. Make sure you go in the showroom as they are very reasonable for pricing. Go there quickly before they become big and the overhead prices become larger. Great deal on a great chair with excellent support. This should be the model for all businesses in Canada.

Called up Relaxacare initially to get more information on a massage chair, and Jason was very accommodating to have us visit his showroom. Once there, one of his associates, Tim, was very knowledgeable about all the chairs, and let us take our unhurried time to check each one out and helped us make personal adjustments, with no pressure to buy anything. In the end, we purchased the new Trumedic CODA. Delivery to Markham was surprisingly just a few days (3 business days), and their white-glove delivery and setup team was top-notch. Professional, clean, courteous, fast...and strong! No leftover packaging and garbage. Make sure you ask for the white-glove service. Overall an extremely satisfied purchasing experience.
