I Recently had a leak in my condo from the unit above. My condo board was eager to fix the problem but I felt that they were cutting corners in regards to how they wanted to address the issue (drywall & paint). I did a bit of research online as I was looking for someone who could advise on the correct way to assess and address the issues resulting from the leak. This is when I came across Reno IQ. Ken Long came to my condo, looked at the issues and prescribed a remedy. I then went back to my condo board with Ken's recommendations. The condo board in turn scheduled a repair & restoration company to come by and do another assessment. As it turns out there was $4000 in damages (almost exactly what Ken estimated) that would have been otherwise overlooked. I cannot thank Ken Long enough for his prompt and professional services!
