(June 21, 2021, 1:11 pm)I went to Snugglebugz on the weekend and had such an awesome experience. I was looking for a stroller and carseat. I had the privilege of receiving help from Catrina who was very knowledgeable when it came to all the models and makes. She was patient as we talked about hypothetical situations, and helped to guide us to picking out our own stroller!
I am a first time mom to be with zero knowledge on this stuff. It was such a positive experience and I was so happy when we left.
(March 7, 2021, 9:30 pm)Cindy helped me and my wife with the crib for our 5 month old. My wife had been looking online for a while and really needed an in person description of the options. Cindy did a great job. She was very knowledgeable about all the items.
(January 11, 2021, 10:41 pm)Management of staffing must have changed for the better because the older reviews do not reflect my experience at all. Shopping for a glider/rocker for my nursery without ever seeing/sitting in it is not an easy task, but Cindy made the virtual shopping experience a pleasure. She knew a lot about the brands and products, and had great recommendations. Thanks Cindy!
