  Awesome place...great for accent furniture, chairs,tables,house decor. Very original items!

  So many lovely things to buy, one needs to practice real self-control. Great for that accent piece that can enliven a home. Furniture is usually solidly built and tastefully designed.

  Very clean and nice place. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a very good experience there. Love their selection of decorations and everything from pillows to dishes, art to hang on the walls or put on tables, rugs and all kinds of decorative pieces. The prices are not bad and you can find some really good deals sometimes and some really good stuff for good price on sale.

  I had less than pleasant dealings at another Pier 1 store in the GTA and vowed to never give them a dime. Problem was I fell in love with an ottoman that I simply could not get anywhere else. I popped in to the Burlington store where I was eagerly (and immediately) greeted by Kim. Folks let me tell you, I have done my fair share of shopping and I have NEVER had the level Customer Service like I had with her. She didn't have what I was looking for in stock but called other stores to see if what I wanted was in stock and had the other stores hold them for me. She spent quite a bit of time with me making sure the experience was exceptional. Hats off to Kim and her smile! Management, this one needs a raise. Not only have I already spent quite a lot of money in your stores, but because of her I will be returning for more. Customer retention is key and I'll be looking for Kim on every visit.
