Came here to buy some cheap used books but this store is more than that. Very beautifully designed from inside. Creative and thought provoking quotes on the wall will catch the eyes.
Did you know it takes 1800 gallons of water to make one pair of jeans. Suprised. Right?
Do recycle your clothes. When you donate your clothes here you get 20% discount. Store is huge. You can get anything from a piano to books. Huge parking lot. Clothes donation centre is here as well which has a 5 min parking of it's own.
    Happy shopping. Thanks

Clean and organized well. Staff was nice and helpful. Long wait in lines though, only 2 registers open on a Saturday. Great prices on older video games . Glad to see paper bags in use.???? ❤️♻️

    (I WORK AT THIS LOCATION)

I just want to get a few popular myths out of the way. Firstly, Value Village is not a store for the needy. Value Village is a store that promotes reusability in a world that overproduces. It is not a Goodwill. It is not a Salvation Army. Secondly, I’ve seen people concerned with inconsistent prices, and this is reasonable. HOWEVER, if you have reason to believe the item should not be the price that it is, bring it up to the cashier (like myself) and we can try to work something out. Do not abuse this, though. Finally, people have been concerned with the taxes placed on our goods. This is very easy to explain. The goods donated to the Community Donation Centre are not put directly onto shelves. They are given to our non-profit partner (in this case Ontario Federation of Cerebral Palsy) and then WE PAY THEM, for the goods. This transaction allows us to put taxes on our goods. I hope this review cleared these issues up. I’m very passionate about our cause and it makes me upset to see people getting the wrong idea. If you have any more questions, feel free to say hi at the store. *thumbs up for visibility*
