The dark chocolate mint meltaways are the best mint chocolate I've ever had. The chocolate covered espresso beans are also excellent.

I like Walker's Chocolates for their hand-crafted premium candies. My favourite are Milk Chocolate Bear Paws, also available in Dark Chocolate. They have a rich creamy caramel centre, cashews inside, decorated with three cashews on the outer edge to form a 'Paw'. Since the Covid19 outbreak I order online with *prompt delivery. Although local stores closed with no date for safe reopening, you can still enjoy a treat by ordering from their Burlington factory. Great selection of handcrafted chocolates and confections. Very clean well maintained store, friendly helpful staff. A bit expensive but good value for the money, you can over indulge without feeling terribly sick like what happens with low quality chocolate.

Went to the open house for a fun tour. Staff are very passionate and proud about what they do. And hey, fabulous chocolate!

I occasionally go to the Walkers chocolate factory store on Harvester road between Walkers line and Appleby line in Burlington.
The smell of chocolate fills the room, you can buy it in the box or by the Lb loose, sometimes they have some theme special chocolates, in this case Easter bunny’s.
The lady’s that work in the factory are the ones that come and help you, they are always friendly and offer some good suggestions based on what they made that day!

The chocolate is better than store bought chocolate bars, its family owned and made with quality ingredients, I like supporting small local businesses.
