  Although the place wasn’t crowded I haven’t got any assistance from any staff.
  
  I searched for the articles and picked them on my own and went directly to the check out. I even complained to the store manager the poor customer service.

  Great customer service experienced during an extremely high peak time (Black Friday) by Tracey the store manager. She turned an inconvenient situation into an extremely positive and well managed experience.

  I needed a lot of help when I walked in. I purchased a watch that was too big for my girlfriend and I needed a couple links removed. Lorraine came up to me and said “let me see what I can do.” She didn’t make any promises and set the expectations of her removing the links because it wasn’t a fossil watch, so she technically didn’t have to help me. She came back with the watch, not only having the links removed but also had it engraved because I made a small request for it to be. Lorraine under promised and over delivered! Loved her service so much I came back and purchased a watch/jewelry case. I will forever only deal with Lorraine when I go to fossil. The co workers were nice also. I was speaking to another gentleman while Lorraine was working on my watch but I don’t remember his name (my apologize). This is a great example of excellent customer experience! Keep up the great work! :)

  A+ Service, I had warranty issue and they looked after it no questions asked. People are friendly and very helpful offered great advice too. Definitely coming back for some Christmas shopping!!
