Georgetown Hospital

I delivered my baby boy on May in this small,tiny hospital;but surprisingly the staff were amazing and very knowledgeable, my only downside was when they used new orientees for looking after me ,who did not have enough confidence or knowledge as the other staff. overall I had a very good experience there,especially with my wonderful OB( Dr Ade-Conde) and his on call replacement ( Dr Torres)

Interesting to see the majority of bad reviews are from people from Brampton. I have been in to this Hospital several times and each time I have received good care. I do find though that for a small hospital they do get an extraordinary amount of people from out of town which often makes the emergency department swamped. Wait times have doubled on busy days. Also being a smaller hospital they dont have the same amount of staff a larger hospital would have, so yes on busy days you will wait longer!

Other the triage nurse who was a little snug (triage nurse being the first point of contact should be cheerful rather than snug), rest of the experience was great. Dr Jessica, Dr Ted Jackson and Nurse Ashley were amazing/angelic. They took time to understand the problem and then consulted before diagnosing. Felt safe with them. Cheers!!!

We brought our daughter to Georgetown Hospital this afternoon and we left completely satisfied with her treatment. The doctor had a tremendous bedside manner and put our daughter at ease immediately. Believe it or not, we were in and out within 1 hour! This is truly unheard of. Kudos to the doctors, nurses and staff at Georgetown Hospital!!
