“I have had nothing but positive interactions at this clinic. The doctor is there in person on Wed & Fri at present. He is helpful and kind, very responsive to a patient's concerns. Both my husband and I have been seeing him for several months. Wait times are currently non-existent. The pharmacist is also very helpful and the receptionist also seems to care about people and is very helpful. All in all, one of the most positive experiences at a medical clinic in years. (When the doctor isn't in, you can do video visits at the site with another doctor.) Highly recommend them.”

“Other the triage nurse who was a little snug (triage nurse being the first point of contact should be cheerful rather than snug), rest of the experience was great. Dr Jessica, Dr Ted Jackson and Nurse Ashley were amazing/angelic. They took time to understand the problem and then consulted before diagnosing. Felt safe with them. Cheers!!!”

“All the doctors I have seen here are fantastic!! But the reception is terrible. I've been on hold for, without hyperbole, 3 hours now. Usually I wait on hold for 15-45 minutes. They take several days to get back to you if they get back to you at all. Usually you have to call to follow up if they say they'll call you. It's rough. Love the clinic, the staff are all super friendly and exceptionally helpful and knowledgable. But waiting on hold is killing me!! Please get an email address, an extra receptionist or something!!”

“Dr.Megan Boucher is the best naturopathic doctor ever! she explains everything in such detail and is always up to something new for you to try. she is very well educated and i appreciate everything she has done for me, i also see her for acupuncture and cupping and she is so gentle! the receptionist is also a very nice lady (sorry i didn't get your name) but always pleasant and willing to help! thank you again for making such a welcoming place to come too!”

“Great new building, fresh new Pharmacist, not all Doctors are everyone's favorite, but I found the older lady to be short, sweet, simple, & straight to the point, which was what we needed at the time! We were there on Christmas Eve 2017 there was a line up soooo long, we left & came back 2 x's & hours later. The staff was Friendly, helpful, considerate, & honest! They were THEE ONLY Docs open so you know that, you EXPECT a timely wait. We were Very Patient as we understood they were VERY BUSY & we found their services Very Useful for being OPEN on Holiday like that! We were very grateful. We will be using them for all our emergency walk in needs! The Pharmacist was very knowledgeable about different medication contradictions I asked about & helped me to be calm regarding the meds we got! Thanks guys! Happy New Year!”
