She is honest, supportive, loving and caring in every way. “Dr. Malik is very kind and is actually investigating a medical concern just to be on the safe side, that my previous family doctor did not do much about. However, I do not know why they bother making appointments as they clearly overbook. I've been here numerous times and each time I have had to wait 25-40 minutes even with an appointment.”

“I have been coming to the Georgetown location to see Marie for massage therapy and now Castra for Physio. Both practitioners are amazing at what they do and were able to zone right into the root cause of my shoulder pain very quickly. Their stretching and other suggested exercises have been successful in starting to treat the pain. Castra has made some suggestions for how my work can help with helping with my shoulder and my manager has already taken this on-board. Also, the front-end staff are always such a pleasure to walk into the clinic to. They are always so friendly, knowledgeable and patient with helping you find an appointment time that fits your schedule. Definitely 5-stars all around from me!”

“Go with Dr. Lu without hesitation. 15 years ago, pain around my left heel/ankle began but it was tolerable. The pain slowly increased and gradually stripped me away from running, playing soccer, doing certain exercises, working out altogether and finally walking. Over the last 5 years, I did physiotherapy, healing treatments, wore orthotics, ultrasound and shockwave therapy all with no success. A little over a year ago, I was referred to Dr. Lu by a physiotherapist from One Health Clubs (Mississauga) who made all the difference. Dr. Lu was able to diagnose the issue [partial fusion between heel bone (calcaneus) and bone underneath ankle (talus)] without having to see the MRI. Surgery (complete subtalar fusion) was scheduled within a couple of weeks after viewing MRI (based on availability). Surgery took an hour, was on 2 crutches for 8 weeks and after that I was on 1 crutch for 4 weeks. Slowly started walking 12 weeks after surgery, with physiotherapy, exercising and strengthening. The surgery did restrict the range of motion in my left foot however it gave me back the ability to do yoga, swim and workout at the 9 month mark, snowboarding at the 12 month mark and looking forward to running/soccer at 18 month mark.”
