  They always have good sales. If you check out TPO's website beforehand, you can actually see what the sales are. I like this location, but I do think the store is smaller than the other Kate Spade outlet locations I've been to.

  Just wanted to give a shout-out to Dilpreet. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant. I asked her for prices and new stock for a few items that I purchased and she happily went back and got them, whereas other staff lied to me and told me that everything was already on the floor. I like Kate Spade jewelry, scarves / hats / mittens and purses. However she made my shopping experience wonderful. Thx Dilpreet!

  As a first time Kate Spade customer, this store exceeded my expectations this past weekend. I went early in the morning shortly after opening on Saturday and was greeted warmly by the staff. I felt a bit overwhelmed in the store at first, but the girls showed me around and let me know about all the sales and deals going on throughout the store. As the place got busier, the staff remained patient as I pondered decisions, asked a lot of questions, and made my final selections. I felt great about my purchases and the prices were really good. When I got home I found a mark on one of the bags and had to return later in the afternoon to exchange it. Although the place was extremely busy by this time, the young woman who helped me took time to go to the back and find a perfect, unmarked replacement for me. I mentioned that I was not used to spending this kind of money on myself, and she was very understanding and went the extra mile to help me find a bag I was completely satisfied with. Once she found one, she took the time to wipe it down with leather cleaner before I took it home. Every staff member I interacted with during my two trips to the store yesterday treated me so nicely and were extremely helpful. This was my first experience shopping at this store, but it will definitely not be my last. I will be returning to purchase bags here in the future. Thank you!
