Good customer service but they barely have proper products

Staff was friendly and informed stock was there but hidden away 10 feet in the air. I had a good idea of what I wanted, (a $500 router)so that helped. Once I cornered a tech, he then got my stock down which was not even in the display for purchase. Had I not asked the wouldn't have sold one that day. The reason people go retail, is to see touch, and ask. Retail will never beat online in a price war, so have your best products out on the floor guys. The tech knew his stuff and was friendly and honest. I had some tough questions and pre-concieved notions of which he could address. Great job on that for your team.

Just got a TV here. The staff was super helpful. The TV was relatively cheaper at the store compared to online. We couldn't fit the TV in our car and didn't want to wait for delivery.. Roshant worked with us to get us a cab so we could take the TV home the same day.

Staff were helpful. They had an alright selection on what I needed in a pinch. Sale was going on so the prices were really good
