Bought 3 not inexpensive Office Star chairs couple of years ago. The foam on the arms dried out and is falling apart. Today they are of stock on sugarcane printer paper, other nearby stores have cases of it. Called to find out when they are getting some if at all at 8:40AM on a Tuesday and they can't answer the phone nor can you leave a message for a call back. This store is not horrible but struggles.

Excellent location in a larger plaza. Staff was extremely helpful. Only downside for me was that when I used the printers, any remaining balance is non refundable. However you can use the card to purchase anything in store.
