I have known Gary since he was in high school and did a placement where I was teaching fitness, then he was a co-worker, then my trainer, and now a friend and fitness colleague. Forget the humdrum of "12 reps with a dumb-bell" (yawn) and learn the infinite number of work-out options to be healthy and functionally able. I recommend this gym and service to anyone from beginners to elite athletes. It is a welcoming, non-intimidating, supportive, challenging, and state of the art place to train. Trust me - I have done this for more years than I will admit!

Better Bodz Has such a welcoming and positive vibe, Gary has created an amazing space to work out in.
The gym is always spotlessly clean & smells good! ( who knew this was so important - but it is! ) it’s bright and efficient. The work outs leave me in a sweaty mess, but I can’t wait to come back the next day and do it all again as it’s constantly different work outs.
My favourite things are the free towels, water and eucalyptus towels! Thanks for creating such as awesome space for us Gary!
