My Furnace Blower-Motor Ceased Friday Night (July 8), Which Meant The Fan Couldn't Circulate The Air = No AC Either (critical in this humid weather, especially if you have a young child)

I called around a few companies and everyone including a major branded company gave me the run around and wanted to first and foremost charge me a service call fee to assess my already ceased unit. Except Falcons Heating & Cooling, who I called Sunday (July 10), and received service the following morning on July 11 (today).

Falcons experienced crew attempted to repair the ceased motor, but unfortunately it did not work out, and they ended up replacing my Furnace in the afternoon. HOW'S THAT FOR SERVICE!

Sohail is a true professional who really went above and beyond to ensure my HVAC was working properly. I had called him to inspect my AC which wasn’t turning on (broken wire outside the house) and he was able to come the same day and getting it functional. He thoroughly inspected my HVAC system to ensure nothing else was causing the issue. I will call him again for any future HVAC matters.

My 6 year old Rheem gas hot water tank stopped working, the pilot lite went out and the instruction on the tank are useless. Called Sohail and he guided me over the phone to get it started. I offered to pay but he said it was okay. Honest and classy person, could have told me he had to come out and charged me instead of helping me over the phone
