  I was recommended Fix Auto Milton by my Insurance Company. I only met the Receptionist Erika who gave me great customer service. No one else from the Garage cane out to explain anything to me. Erika was the only person I met. The repair looks okay but i would have expected someone from the Shop to acknowledge my trust in giving them this business which I could have taken direct to Lexus. I am hoping that the repair was done well. Time will tell. Thank you Erika for being the Nurse and Doctor :) Would be hard for me to make any recommendations. Customer service is crucial in my books. I even thought Erika was running a 1 man show? Thanks anyway.

  Best & reliable repair place in GTA. Customer service was excellent giving me a quote on my repair. Once I arrived they booked me in right away to get my vehicle fixed even though it was during the busy season (winter). They are quick and very organized, I feel like I’m driving a brand new vehicle. Ask for Shawn.. :)

  A wonderful place, i felt listened to as a customer! After 2 other body shops that were dismissive to what i was saying, it was a feeling of ease dealing with them, wish i started here! Certainly recommend them!

  Love it best body shop I know around great customer service great people wouldn't take my car any other place!!!!! and I suggest other people to do the same.
